・This business meeting is a business meeting for the purpose of business such as business negotiations and information exchange. The general public is not allowed to visit the venue.
・Persons under 16 years of age (even if accompanied by a companion) and children are not permitted to enter the exhibition.
・For hygiene and safety reasons, please refrain from bringing pets and carts.
・Photography (photos and videos) is not permitted in the venue.
・Visitors with cars and those under 20 years of age are not allowed to sample alcoholic beverages.

What precautions should be taken on the day against COVID19?

Masks must be worn. If you cannot wear one, please do not enter.
Please take your temperature and sanitise your hands on entry.

Please refrain from entering if you have any of the following.
・When a fever is present (37.5°C or higher).
・When symptoms such as cough, sore throat, breathlessness, etc. are observed.
・When under health observation by a health centre, etc.
・When there is a history of overseas travel during the period designated by the government (including contact with people who have returned home during that period).
・When the patient is not feeling well (including when the patient feels abnormal taste or smell, or when the patient feels tired).

What are the entry procedures?

To prevent congestion on the day of the event, please register in advance.
Please print out the email sent to you after pre-registration and bring it with you.
This is an 'invitation ticket' for admission.

Can I re-enter the venue after leaving?

Yes, you can enter as many times as you like as long as you wear your 'visitor badge'.
When leaving, please hand your 'visitor badge' to the security guard at the entrance to the venue or place it in the collection box.

How can I attend the seminars?

As a rule, attendance at seminars must be pre-registered.
If you wish to attend the seminar, please pre-register your attendance and register on the seminar page.
Please register as soon as possible, as registration will close as soon as the number of places is full.
